1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which RK TECH LTD ("we," "our," or "us") will provide refunds for the LetsLand landing page creation service. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Our Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Package (£450)

Before Work Begins:

  • Full refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before our team begins work on your project
  • No questions asked, processed within 5-7 business days

After Work Begins:

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we will work with you to make revisions at no additional cost
  • If after two rounds of revisions you are still not satisfied, we will provide a 50% refund
  • No refund available once the final landing page has been delivered and approved by you

After Delivery:

  • No refunds after you have approved the final landing page and it has been deployed
  • Technical support and bug fixes remain available for 30 days after delivery at no cost

2.2 Premium Package (£1,500)

Before Work Begins:

  • Full refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before our team begins work on your project
  • No questions asked, processed within 5-7 business days

After Work Begins:

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we will work with you to make unlimited revisions until you are satisfied
  • If after three rounds of major revisions you are still not satisfied, we will provide a 60% refund
  • No refund available once the final landing page has been delivered and approved by you

After Delivery:

  • No refunds after you have approved the final landing page and it has been deployed
  • Technical support and bug fixes remain available for 60 days after delivery at no cost
  • Priority support for any issues or concerns

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind after approving the final landing page
  • You no longer need the landing page for business reasons unrelated to our service quality
  • You fail to respond to our communications or provide necessary information for project completion
  • You request features or changes that were not part of the original package scope
  • Third-party services (domain registration, hosting) that you have purchased separately
  • You violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, email address, and reason for the refund request
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Resolution: We will either approve the refund, offer alternative solutions, or explain why the refund cannot be granted

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

  • You are partially satisfied with the delivered work
  • Technical issues prevented full delivery of certain features
  • There were delays in delivery caused by our team (not by lack of information from you)

The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you in writing.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your access to the Service
  • Pursue the matter legally to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees
  • Report the chargeback as fraudulent if we have fulfilled our service obligations

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

8. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
