The landing pages created for you will be generated using AI technology
AI-generated content will be clearly marked as artificially generated in accordance with EU AI Act Article 50
Our expert development team reviews and refines all AI-generated content before delivery

2.2 Human Oversight

While we leverage AI technology for efficiency, all landing pages undergo human review and quality assurance by our expert development team before final delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.

4. Eligibility

Premium Package: £1,500 (includes advanced landing page with premium features and priority support)

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment card information.

6.3 Refunds

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content, information, and materials you provide to us ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.2 Delivered Landing Pages

Upon full payment, you will own the final delivered landing page, including all content, design elements, and code, subject to any third-party licenses for components used (such as fonts, stock images, or frameworks).

The LetsLand platform, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by RK TECH LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
Create landing pages that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.2 AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. We review all content before delivery, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving the final landing page before it goes live.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RK TECH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services, including:

OpenAI and similar AI service providers
Stripe payment processing
Web hosting providers
Domain registrars

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RK TECH LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
